Data deletion policy
If at any point, you’d like to delete your account or your data stored on Water Rangers’ data platform, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion”.
Please include:
- What email you registered your account with
- Whether you’d like a copy of your data before the account is deleted
- Wether you want your account and your data deleted, or just your account. If you don’t want your data deleted, it will be assigned to the Water Rangers account where it will still be able to be viewed.
We aim to respond to all queries within two business days.
